360 Reviews


360 Reviews take place each November and May and are intended to provide employees with actionable feedback about their strengths and development areas. We use Culture Amp to facilitate our 360 Reviews, which include a self-review, peer and upward feedback, and a manager review. The Operations team initiates each 360 Review and coordinates the steps with managers.
