General

We enjoy seeing you in the office, but we encourage everyone to make the personal choices that make you comfortable regarding being onsite/offsite during this time with high COVID caseloads.

• Please do not come to the office and protect yourself and our colleagues by staying at home if:
  • You have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath
  • You have recently tested positive for COVID-19 (please continue to monitor CDC isolation guidelines; Danish Health Authority guidelines)
  • You have been recently been exposed to someone known to have been infected with COVID-19 (please continue to monitor CDC quarantine guidelines; Danish Health Authority guidelines)
• Please use sanitizer and wash your hands frequently while being in the office
• Please continue to monitor and adhere to any additional guidelines from local authorities

When in the office (NYC)

• We welcome fully vaccinated colleagues in the office!
  • As of December 27, 2021 workers in New York City who perform in-person work must provide proof of vaccination
  • Please be prepared to provide proof of vaccination to Nate on your first day to ensure compliance with these guidelines
• Office Visitors:
  • Any non-employee visitor to the office must be fully vaccinated. When inviting non-employee visitors to the office (e.g. for on-site interviews or business meetings), please communicate that they must be fully vaccinated to enter the office
  • The office is cleaned every weekday morning before work, with a deep clean taking place each weekend

When in the office (CPH)

We always follow the government guidelines. After February 1st 2022 this means:

• Monitor for symptoms! If you feel the slightest ill or under the weather we ask you to stay home.
• Make hand sanitiser your best buddy! All desks are equipped with sanitisers - please use them as much and as often as possible.
• If you test positive please share this in our #cph channel on Slack to let your colleagues know that they have been exposed.
