Monthly Town Hall meeting (recorded)

This meeting magically appear on your calendar roughly every month and is a 2-hour meeting where we take a step back from day to day operations and try to look at the big picture. That could be product roadmap, a look at last/next quarter's OKRs (1-3 key cross functional activities we must succeed with outside of our individual responsibilities, think of it like special projects) or something else of importance. Most teams tend to have something they would like to share.

Best Practices for meetings

See, the best part about meetings is that you get to "hang out" with your colleagues. Amazing, right? But before you go ahead and book weekly meetings with everyone please be mindful of your colleagues' time, schedules and meeting preferences. Some of them might appreciate strict and super time optimized agendas and others prefer a more flexible and lose setting. Therefore make sure to only book your colleagues for meetings that adds value and makes sense and make sure you show up on time - that goes for both physical and virtual meetings.
