We believe a healthy body and mind are essential to performing at your best. We offer a $500 / DKK 3,250 yearly stipend for you to spend on fitness and wellbeing. We define fitness and wellbeing holistically, and qualified expenses include any kind of activity, equipment, membership, or advice that supports employee fitness and wellbeing (physical, emotional, financial).

The annual stipend was automatically added as a separate line item to all current employee’s pay slips in late June 2022. For employees that joined after June 2022, this stipend is administered quarterly for all employees that joined in the most recent quarter.
