Beginning on your first day, we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance to all employees through TriNet. The Org pays 100% of the premiums for medical, dental and vision coverage on a standard plan for an employee, and 80% for family members. If you select a more expensive plan, you will pay the difference in premium which will be deducted from your twice-monthly paycheck.
One Medical
To supplement US health insurance, all employees are offered a membership for One Medical, a digital-first approach to primary care with chic offices all over New York City. A One Medical membership allows you 24/7 access to primary care - all you do is open the app and wait for up 5 minutes for for a virtual consultation or book a same of next day appointment. The Org pays for the yearly membership and most virtual services are free. For in-person visits there is a ~$20 co-pay and One Medical will work with your existing insurance plan.
