We believe in coming together and building relationships in the office, and we also acknowledge the value of flexibility in working from home. We expect all employees to work from the office at least 2 days each week, with the following guidance:

• Wednesday’s are “The Org Day” in both our NYC and CPH office, where our entire company gathers in-person in their respective office
  • This day is intended to foster company-wide collaboration and connection
• Beyond that, team leads should pick at least one additional day for their entire team to be in-person
  • Team days should be used for weekly check-ins, feedback sessions, team-level brainstorms, etc.
  • Teams are different: days in the office will vary based on the work you do and the mix your team needs — it’s up to managers and teams to determine what’s right for them

To set you up for success at home, we offer a one-time $300=DKK 2,000 stipend that you can use for any work-from-home related equipment. You decide if that goes toward a monitor, chair, headset, you name it. You know what you need more than we do to be successful in a remote setting.

How do I get the good stuff:

• 🇩🇰 = Buy the equipment with your Pleo company card for delivery straight to your home.
• 🇺🇸 = Buy the equipment with your Brex company card for delivery straight to your home.
• That’s it!

Fine print: For tax reasons The Org will own the equipment, so it should be returned in case of termination of employment.
