We provide 4 weeks of full pay prior to birth and 11 weeks of full pay after birth for birthing parents, and 11 weeks of full pay after birth for non-birthing parents. We allow parents to have additional time off without full pay, for up to 26 additional weeks in accordance with funktionærloven. During this period, parents are eligible for barselsdagpenge.

Resources
We provide 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave with 12 weeks of flexible return-to-work. Flexible return-to-work: you decide if you come back one day a week and are paid 20% salary, 5 days at 100%, or anything in between.
