When and if workplace issues arise, we take them seriously and will work quickly to investigate and bring a swift resolution - whether it’s a case of harassment, bullying, ethics violations, DEI concerns, or more. To ensure every single employee has a comfortable avenue to share feedback, we have partnered with AllVoices - a platform where you can voice concerns, raise issues, or communicate directly with P&C anonymously. AllVoices is a safe place to speak up.

We continue to encourage you to speak directly with your manager or the P&C team about important issues or feedback, but if you prefer to remain anonymous or submit online, you can share via AllVoices here.

Sharing feedback, a workplace issue, or a complaint through AllVoices

  1. You can share via AllVoices here. AllVoices is designed to submit feedback related to culture, DEI, career growth, harassment or mistreatment, ethics and compliance, or general feedback that you don’t have another channel to deliver
  2. Feedback submitted to AllVoices will be received anonymously by our Head of People & Culture and our two co-founders. It may be routed to other senior leaders if needed
  3. We will follow the investigation and communication protocol outlined below.
