To ensure transparency throughout the organization you must put your vacation and OOO days in our cross company Vacation calendar. Simply put you name on the days you expect to be away.
How Time Off Works:
- We want you to take enough rest to reload and recharge so you can be at your prime when working. Taking enough rest is as important as giving it your all when working, so please take the time you need
- Planning to be away 3 days or less? Announce this at least 2 weeks prior to your time off; Planning to be away more than 3 days? Announce this at least 4 weeks prior to time off
- For any time away of 2+ weeks, please seek approval from your manager as early as possible
- Always coordinate with your manager and remain conscious of your work obligations

US 🇺🇸 In the US we have unlimited time off.
- Some years you might take more and other years less, but do take the time you need to be healthy and happy
- In doubt about how much is reasonable? Keep in mind that our Danish colleagues have a mandated 5 weeks. Enough said 🙂
- Fine print: Your PTO can be used for all the reasons permitted by the NY Paid Sick Leave Law and complies in all respects with statutory requirements 🙌🏽 Your PTO does not accrue, we don’t track holidays or your time off, and we don’t pay anything out when you leave
