No technology can run without power. Take the time to recharge and get better.
If you feel sick, please reach out to your manager to let them know that you will be staying home and for how long you estimate to do so.
In Denmark we have unlimited sick days for you and your family (120 ray rule still applies - see your contract for more detail).
In the US, our unlimited time off policy covers sick days and other medical leaves, exceeding requirements in the NY Paid Sick Leave Law.
We acknowledge that certain situations may require significant time off (such as loss of a loved one, miscarriage, medical treatment, mental exhaustion, and others), and we will do what we can to support you through. If you anticipate being out for 2+ weeks, work with your manager and the People team to discuss coverage and additional support.
Remember, you are not required to work while being sick, but you are however required to take the time you need to get better 🤗
